Life is settling into the new normal. Although this is about the time that I was due, I'm not having as hard of a time with it that I imagined I would a few months ago. It still amazes me how quickly that 40 weeks really is.
Today I came across an article that spoke about a possible new, affordable treatment for women with a "short cervix". Although this does not apply to everyone diagnosed with incompetent cervix, this is good news in light of the whole Makena controversy. Ladies and gentlemen, please spread the news that there are things to not only look out for, but possible countermeasures regarding incompetent cervix.
